The Basics
The price for our activities varies and depends upon the nature of the activity. There are two factors upon which our prices are based.

The Base Price

A Nominal Organizer Fee
Base Price
The base price of an activity is the cost of participation in the activity, or for the materials needed to hold the activity. This includes (but may not be limited to) some or all of the following factors:

For community activities such as playing putt-putt: the price that the facility charges to participate.

Space rental fees

Cost of food / drinks
-
Cost of supplies needed
Activity Organizer Fee
The organizer fee is a flat rate added on to the base price. We offer two levels of organizer fees. The Simple Activity Rate is $15. The Complex Activity Rate is $20.
All activities require time and effort to put together and run. Some activities require more time and effort than others. Activities which require less effort are charged at the Simple Activity Rate; while those that require quite a bit are charged at the Complex Activity Rate. Some factors which may impact the time and effort needed include (but may not be limited to):

Finding and securing a location

Making reservations

Negotiating price discounts

Planning & arranging the activity

Running the activity
The Bottom Line
