Service Description
Spectrum Social Club is a safe, accepting environment where kids can build lasting friendships with other kids just like them; while we help them improve their social awareness and feel more socially confident, competent, and connected. During each 90-minute session, your child will participate in a casual, conversational group lesson; receive help setting and achieving their own social goals; put learning into action with a fun social challenge activity, and enjoy 30 minutes of free play game time with their friends.

Cancellation Policy
Description of Service: Client agrees to the purchase of membership in a social club or class for the amount of time specified above. Refund/Cancellation: First-time registrants who cancel a contract after the first week of their first module, and prior to the start of the second week, will receive a full refund. Returning members may cancel a contract and receive a refund only prior to the start of the first week of the module. Failure to attend classes and activities does not represent a termination of the contractual obligation of the Client. All financed payments for a registered module will be due regardless of failure to attend. No refunds will be made for missed classes. Students may make up a missed class if an opening is available. Force Majeure: Spectrum Social Club, LLC shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature. Limitation of Liability: The Client acknowledges and agrees that Spectrum Social Club, LLC will not be liable for any losses or damages, or injuries, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. No Guarantee: The client acknowledges and agrees that Spectrum Social Club LLC cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered
